My sister lived in Europe and used to send Panforte at Christmas. We were all hooked on this wonderful confection. Yours is excellent, reminds me of those she sent from Europe, the wonderful nuts and dried fruits. I bought 2 at Bella and gave one to my dad for Father's Day, he was in heaven. I love this stuff. When I first tried the Panforte I new I was hooked. I took a small slice unsure of what to expect and 'Boom' I was in heaven. The textures and flavours are remarkable.
