My sister lived in Europe and used to send Panforte at Christmas. We were all hooked on this wonderful confection. Yours is excellent, reminds me of those she sent from Europe, the wonderful nuts and dried fruits. I bought 2 at Bella and gave one to my dad for Father's Day, he was in heaven. Excellent with coffee or wine.
